1. Application Development & Change Request

• Collect & analyse business requirements
• Defines scope & deliverables
• Design & develop/enhance solutions from scratch or adopt existing frameworks
• Test & debug solutions
• Implement solutions to production environment

2. Maintenance & Support

• Maintenance of source code
• Monitors solutions’ performance
• Investigate & provide quick and efficient technical assistance/solution to internal & external users

3. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with colleagues from same and different departments such as developers, product/business owners, project managers and etc
• Provide regular updates to immediate superiors on tasks/projects progress

4. Training & Documentation

• Provide user manual/technical documentation on solutions
• Provide training/guidelines to internal users of backend systems
