- Reviews and validates requirements and functional specifications
- Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization
- Documents results, offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
- Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
- Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization
- Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes
- Delivers testing efforts across project and tasks under tight deadlines efficiently
- Mentors and provides training assistance to Associate QA Engineers in need
- Adhere to Agile methodologies incorporated in the team
- Strongly integrate with cross teams and be flexible to participate in both Manual as well as Test Automation based on project requirements
- Thorough working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle
- Working experience in Test Automation tools like Robot Framework, Selenium etc

- Good understanding of test automation framework and its maintenance
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, Postman). Confident with JSON & XML structures
- Experience with databases (relational and NoSQL), Create simple queries
- Strong know how on, Traceability Matrix and right mapping of business requirements into test scenarios
- Experience on Test management tools like Jira, Xray, TestCollab etc. for day to day tasks
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing Agile Environment
- Experience with one or more test automation tools (e.g. Robot Framework, Micro Focus UFT etc.)
- Basic knowledge with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub workflows, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent Communication Skills, Identifies, communicates, and escalates issues as required
- Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, and provides solutions
- A team player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development team
