Responsibility
- Develop quality software, build innovative solutions capable of delivering excellent user experience for financial custody and settlements
- Work with team to develop enhancements and major features to support product vision, contribute to new services to retain existing clients and attract new customers
- Refactor code to fix system issues and improve performance, contribute to maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Meet team’s definition of done (meet acceptance criteria, pass code review, implement tests, etc
- Actively participate in requirements design and refinement process
- Assist DevOps team and stakeholders prepare for smooth releases
Skill Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Excellent at analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, able to communicate within a team and work independently
- Passion for continuous learning and growth
- Familiar with Agile principles and values
- Experience working with version control (Git) and other basic development tools
- Experience working with REST APIs
- 7+ years experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.). Candidates with less experience will be considered for an intermediate position
- Experience with modern CSS and component libraries (Bootstrap, Material, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup/fintech
- Experience working in a Scrum Team
- Experience with automated testing (Jasmine, Karma)
- Familiar with responsive design, i.e. mobile first
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiar with CI/CD (Github Actions, etc.) and cloud computing (AWS)
- Domain knowledge in virtual assets or finance (DeFi, NFTs, payments, wealth management)
