Responsibility
- Agreeing project objectives with business units
- Coordinate with and follow up with stakeholders regarding project issues
- Perform the determination of investment requirement, cost-savings, benefits resulted from improvements or changes
- Managed project within agreed budget and timeframe
- Gathering requirement, Analyze, assess and prioritize critical findings to improve business operations
- Update project progress on regular basis, including any critical issues to related stakeholder
- Prepare & Responsible for Test scripts, Tester & QA, UAT, Monitoring and Assessment after Project goes live
- Finalize Requirement documents for sign off
- Prepare process workflow and established work procedures
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or any related fields
- Min. 3-5 years of experience BA/Tester
- Knowledge and experience in Kaizen, BPI, Lean, Six Sigma is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated skill in influence, conflict resolution and negotiation
- Excellent in MS Excel and Power Point
- Good Command of English
