Why should I use TribeHired?

Every time a company needs to grow, it requires talent. Problem is, good talent is very hard to come by and requires lots of time and effort. TribeHired tries to remove the friction between you and great talent by offering you 20 top new talent on our system every week.

This talent have gone through our rigorous filtering process and have been pre-packaged for you. You can now quickly see whether they fit your requirements and your company culture before you even decide to call them for an interview.

How much does TribeHired cost?

1. Bootstrap Package

The Bootstrap package only applies to companies less than 2 years old, and have less than 20 employees. Regular package applies to all other companies.

Viewing all the talent profiles on TribeHired is free after signing up to our system. If you are interested in using TribeHired, you will need to sign a contract and pay a subscription fee of RM1,000 to create an account with us.

After your account goes live, you can begin to schedule interviews with our talent. If a job offer has been made to any talent from our database and the talent accepts the offer, you will be invoiced:

  • RM5,000 per job offer made and accepted by talent,

This amount is subject to our 30 day money-back guarantee. So whether the talent decides to leave the company or you decide to let go of the talent, we will fully reimburse you the hiring fee paid for that talent.

The money-back guarantee is subject to our approval and approval/rejection is given after further investigation in to the request. All decisions are final and at the sole discretion of TribeHired.

2. Regular Package

Viewing all the talent profiles on TribeHired is free after signing up to our system. If you are interested in using TribeHired, you will need to sign a contract to create an account with us.

After your account goes live, you can begin to schedule interviews with our talent. If a job offer has been made to any talent from our database and the talent accepts the offer, you will be invoiced on the talent start date:

  • 18% of the talent's annual salary,

This amount is subject to a one-time replacement if you let the talent go within 90 days of their start date. Replacements are done on a best-effort basis and search will end after a time period.

What form of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept payment via bank transfer or cheque. You can also use the online payment system on our website. Contact us to inquire about our bank transfer and cheque methods of payment.

How do I post a job?

TribeHired is not a job portal where you can post jobs on the system. Instead, you create a company profile with us* which talent can then use to indicate their interest in working with you.

* Your company is subject to approval by our team before it is made live on our system.

How can my company get approved by TribeHired?

Every time you create a company profile on our system, the TribeHired team will have to screen the company to ensure our services are right for you. The screening process is only done upon company profile creation and can take up to 48 hours to process.

You will then be notified if your company is approved or rejected from our system via email. If rejected, we will indicate the reason within said email.

Once your company has been approved, you will be upgraded to premium status and you can continue to access talent every week until you decide to terminate your use of our services.

What sort of candidates are on your system?

We mostly cater professional level white-collar talent on our system, focusing mainly on the IT sector. Our talent base is spread across the Klang Valley and range from Fresh graduates to Managerial professionals.

We regret to inform you that we do not deal in low-level or blue-collar industries/professions.

Where do you get all your candidates from?

We source our talent from many different channels. These include:

  • Top universities in Malaysia such as University Malaya, SEGi University, Monash University, Taylor's University, Sunway University College, etc.
  • Referrals from TribeHired alumni.
  • Industry specific events such as career fairs, hackathons, workshops, meetups, etc.
  • Online and offline marketing efforts that result in direct sign ups to our system.
