- Design, develop and maintain software applications using Java programming language and framework for financial services for key clients.
- Build web applications using popular Java web frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets project standards.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation.
- Participate in software testing and debugging.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Spring Boot Developer or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts.
- Proven experience with Java programming language and the Spring Boot framework.
- Expertise in building applications with microservices architecture and technology such as Apache Kafka, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Spark, Drools
- Strong expertise in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and DB2, as well as non-relational databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra DB.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
- Experience working in a Scrum or Kanban environment is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
