Responsibility
  • Prospect and generate leads through social media, research, email, networking and other effective ways.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and streams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, research and presentation to clients with effective follow-ups.
  • Respond to RFP/Tender and draft detailed business proposals.
  • Prepare quotation, contracts and agreements and negotiate with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as project management team, creative team and developers to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Travel to meet with clients in person as needed.
Skill Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a corporate sales role in IT solutions.
  • Proven experience in preparing RFP/Tender/Business Proposal.
  • Proven track record of sales success and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, critical thinking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Has own transport and willing to travel.
  • Candidate must be Malaysian.
